1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, ordering, or accessing custom lead mining packages, digital lead magnets, or software assets through LeadsMagnetPro ("LeadsMagnetPro", "Service", "we", "us"), operated under 7 Layer Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. On-Demand Custom Lead Mining & Delivery Turnaround

Lead lists provided by LeadsMagnetPro are not pre-packaged or stale database exports. Every order is custom-mined and multi-stage verified according to the customer's specified trade niche, state, city/metro area, and volume requirements.

• Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically fulfilled, verified, and delivered directly to the customer's designated email address within 12 to 24 business hours from order confirmation.
• Deliverable Format: Deliverables are transmitted in universal CSV / Microsoft Excel spreadsheet formats containing verified decision-maker names, business names, direct contact numbers, corporate emails, websites, and physical locations.

3. The 100% "Bounce-Free" Guarantee & 2-for-1 Replacement Policy

To request replacement leads, simply submit a summary of any non-functioning entries to support@leadsmagnet.pro within 14 days of receiving your file.

4. Digital Asset & Lead Magnet Licensing

When you purchase or receive our digital outreach assets (including the Contractor Cold Calling Playbook, 15-Touch Omnichannel Swipe File, Missed-Call Blueprint, and GBP Audit Checklist):

• You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use, adapt, and deploy these scripts, templates, and frameworks for your internal business operations and client campaigns.
• You may NOT resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or package our proprietary guide PDFs, markdown templates, or training swipe files as standalone commercial products.

5. Marketing Compliance & Buyer Responsibility

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for conducting marketing campaigns in strict adherence to all applicable state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act: Ensuring commercial emails display valid physical postal addresses, accurate header and subject line information, and accessible one-click opt-out / unsubscribe mechanisms.
• TCPA / Telephone Consumer Protection Act: Ensuring compliant telemarketing procedures and honoring applicable National and State Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry rules where mandatory.

LeadsMagnetPro expressly disclaims liability for damages or fines arising from the misuse or unlawful transmission of unsolicited mass messages by buyers.

6. Pricing & Refund Policy

All prices listed on LeadsMagnetPro are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and represent one-time purchases with zero recurring subscription fees. Due to the high cost of computing resources, custom API scraping, and human-supervised AI verification involved in on-demand data extraction, orders are generally non-refundable once custom research begins. Any quality discrepancies are comprehensively resolved under our 2-for-1 Replacement Guarantee.

7. Corporate Ownership & Payment Processing

LeadsMagnetPro is an intellectual property venture operated by 7 Layer Studio. All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe under 7 Layer Studio. Your bank or credit card statement will display 7 Layer Studio as the billing merchant descriptor.
